M, if you still are not convinced then look at the current Kuwait Labor Guide and stop trying to convince these people that the Primes are abiding by Kuwait Labor Law when employee after employee coming forward are not being paid according to Kuwait Labor Law and they are being cheated by what amounts to about
$ 20,000 – $ 25,000 per employee per year.

They receive $586M (plus) a year and they have well over 1000 security personnel working for them for $14.00 an hour. They’ll include to $65k plus but they only gaurantee 48 hours per week in your contract.

You won’t make $65k unless you work at least 90 hours a week. The country of Kuwait pays a Foreign Area Living Allowance last I heard it was 900 per month but CSA only gives you 144kd a day.

You’re supposed to get hazardous duty pay of around $400 a month but CSA keeps it…you don’t get a dime.

Some personnel inside the facility you’re protecting receive hazardous duty pay. The company has been scandalous and under investigation by congress since mid 2007 but nothing has happened In August 2008 the security force was required to pay social security and FICA taxes. CSA hasn’t paid a dime of it from 1 August to December 31, 2008. But it;s coming out of our paycheks!!

The Foreign Area Living Allowance (FALA) that is required under Kuwaiti law (for CSA employees) is estimated to be somehere around 900 KD per person, which ends up being somewhere around $6253.32 US Dollars, every month. (depending on the exchange rate)

Now, CSA employees only receive 144KD every two weeks, which amounts to about $1000.53 US Dollars every month.
