Hi Ayaz,
Yes you can go to Delhi and contact the Recruiter and mind it the company never charges any moneyh but brother you know if there is an Indian like us on the top then he might have placed a broker who will surely ask for charges. If not then you are lucky. Because I have come to know from South India that someone is charging 2-3 lakhs from candidates coming from the south. Off course the middle man knows and wont divulge anything. Till mMr. David Henry was there in control everything was alright now it has started to rot in Dyncorp Delhi Office and Dubai Office too.

when are these top shot from Dyncorp going to learn. shall I teach them how to stop bad practices and yet to draw big salaries and brag about so many things.

There is one more incident happening with relation to recruitment from Kolkata, West Bengal – India. A local broker by the name of Anupam is collecting people to be placed with KBR and he is charging 2500-3000 us dollars for the same. I want all in charge of KBR to stop this kind of practices which he is doing since long and thus cheating many people.If you need this local non licenced broker telephone number and address for investigation then plz. ask for it

Now there is a recruitment drive going on for KBR in Dum Dum- Kolkata and the local broker is ANUPAM who is taking more or less 3000 dollars and I am interested to know whether the company knows anything about this. If the company people want to know anything about this then I am willing to help them out with an investigation if they wish to do one. I personally want to stop this kind of recruitment drives which is done illegally and put people life in jeopardy.
Why cant the companies go directly to any country and conduct the interviews on their own- why are they so dependent on the local recruiters and local brokers. Why are these companies giving chances to get people cheated of huge amount. I want to know why cant they do this on their own. This is my most important questions.

Can anyone confirm me whether Mr. David Henry the Worldwide Recruiting Manager is still with Dyncorp being incharge for Asia and Africa I think. He was the only honest person whom I have ever met. Rest I dont know about the other recruiter. Now the bribing has started even in their Delhi office under the very nose of the HR now. People are paying 3000-3500 dollars to get the job done and they are travelling. Not everyone some of the guys are also going for free from Delhi. Had Mr. Henry been there it was impossible for anyone to take this kind of advantage. This is the reason why I appreciate him. He tried his best to do good for the company. I hope he is still in control.

This appears to be legitimate. That is Dyncorp’s web address. The email address seems legit.

My advice to you is go ahead and respond. DO NOT send any money for Visa’s, airfare, processing etc, even if they claim they will reimburse you. The first clue it is NOT legit will be when they ask you for money for something or for a credit card number. A legitimate company is reimbursed for those costs and don’t need you to pay them up front.

I do have to question the single room accommodations in Afghanistan. That doesn’t sound right.

Hi to all.
See every other fraudster will take chances on their own. It is the candidates who are to be aware of the system for employment with the company like dyncorp. I know the system therefore i wont fall prey to anyone who offers me mail like this. Second when the world has become smaller and internet is in your hand you can always check out what is true or what is false and can make a decision for yourself. When Dyncorp International has got their own website then why dont you people apply directly by it. Instead of giving importance to these scam letters and offer. It is very true and simple – the company like Dyncorp and Fluor have strict regulations relating to recruitment. Nothing is whatsoever charged by the company. Not a single penny.
But yes there are many faults with these companies too which is leading many people to be cheated. Company policy is not widely known is the cause no. 1 and second cause is the recruitment via mail and internet (this is the main cause. The website and the system is well known to these people and is known to all and those chance hungry money mongers are always on the prowl. First thing is that Dyncorp does not have an office of their own in India (I am talking about India only. They are dependent on the recruiters which they are recruiting to supply them manpower. The Dyncorp people or HR Section is going through the papers only to recruit only whereas no physical interviews are done. when selected without physical interview they are then told by mail to contact some numbers where english aptitude test will be taken online little these dyncorp people know that a proxy can be always used for the persons who is not good in english and that is happening on regular basis from India. Once okayed they move on to Delhi where they are made to fill up their forms physically but surprisingly they are not interviewed personally only a little briefing time to time is done and medicals are done, when they are declared fit they move on to their work site. I have personally seen and know many people who suppose is a cook or from kitchen itself, when they came to know that there now no vacancy in kitchen they applied for the another post in which they dont have any experience yet they are being employed. I challenge the company to check all the candidates who is presently employed with dyncorp in the post of Warehouseman, Senior Warehouseman, Transport Coordinator, Help Desk, Data entry Operator and in Hr section also, ninety percent of those candidates are not from that field itself yet they are enjoying to be employed with such a big name and drawing regular salary. I have substantial proof to challenge this claim. The company never bothers to check the certificates or the authenticity of the experience papers of the candidates. These candidates whoever have traveled and joined Dyncorp cannot draw more that 300-500 dollars in Arab country are earning 1500 to 4000 dollars in Dyncorp. I dont know what the company policy is- maybe they have enough money to waste on inexperience and cheater candidates and is less interested to adsorb good and quality candidates by whose efforts the company will shine. If you ask all the staffs of dyncorp – Are they satisfied with the job a big NO will slap our face. They are just working to make some quick big bucks in a span of 4-5 years. This cannot go on ultimately dyncorp is going to go down the drain. Just take fluor for an example, they have their own site since long and the application process is so long and complicated there is a lesser chance for brokers and recruiters to barge into their system and get their candidates employed so easily like dyncorp. To flourish and get good and capable candidates Dyncorp has to conduct interviews under their own gloves otherwise this kind of scan is never going to stop whatsoever.

I received an e-mail from a friend forwarding me a job offer by Major Logistics UK.

The content of which is exactly the same I’ve been reading here..Visa application Form for Afghanistan and a contract signed by a certain Alexander W. Stephens.

Because it was sent to me by a very dear friend, I did not think of it been a scam so I did forward the visa application form to the address in London and the information required to the Clifford Chance Chambers and Solicitors….But something was telling me that not everything was right in particular the request by the law firm to send them money to obtain the Active Secret UK Security…bla bla bla.
I reply to the law firm stating that any fee whatsoever would be paid by the Employer (Major Logistics).
To this day no reply from the Law Firm, however I’m a bit concerned about the personal information given (copy of passport, address, telephone number.) Is it best to report it to the proper authorities?
