Committing any Title VII violation is a violation of the offenders contract. DoD contractors can no longer recover out of court settlements and attorney fees are not recoverable unless the contractor prevails in court. I’m sure that will bust a few chops somewhere. Appropriation of funds are $418 million, $200 million less than 2009. 4 panel speakers. The first was - Gabreille Union/Actress and victim. In part of her statement she referenced being a "Paper-bag victim". Sexual Assault is a CLASS 2 Felony - the 2nd highest with No Probation. When I watched and listened to the very moving statements by the panel members, I thought of Jamie Jones and all the other women mentioned in this blog-site, with Mssparky.
