I don’t believe that there is a “Statute of Limitations” on Rape. I bet that those responsible for doing what they did to this Lady, will be haunted each day that passes until the long arm of the law comes to provide them with two new bracelets/handcuffs.

I wish nothing but for the best possible out-come for this lady. What she endured is beyond comprehension in a civilized world – even if it happened in a war-zone. It reminds me of something we have all heard or read that Saddam or his two sons might have done.
