They will tell DoD that all personnel are told to report crimes to the KBR Security Dept who in turn is supposed to report the crimes to DoD/DoJ. We all know that this is just lip service and nothing will change unless the DoD actually puts MP's in the KBR "Man Camps",and in the KBR Security offices so that personnel will know that if they report a crime something might actually be done about it without the fear of losing their job.
