Very very similar to the military - (my late brother is one of them - died of Agent Orange) who led the same type of battle over DDT - manufactured in a NOW Closed Super-Fund Site in Jacksonville, Arkansas - Vertac - DDT/Agent Orange. It took years to clean that location and it's manufactured product is still taking lives around the globe. Maybe the lawyers who represent those brave soldier's will study the litigation of that Vietnam Era Battle vs. the battle on-going now regarding Sodium Dichromate.
