In an effort to continue to find answers to the senseless electrocution death of Adam Hermanson we keep asking questions and people keep giving us answers. Below are two photos. Both photos are unclassified and pose no OPSEC (Operational Security) risk. The photo on the top is a partial map of the International Zone with Camp Olympia noted in the lower left hand corner. The photo on the bottom is a photo of what I believe to be Camp Olympia that I pulled off Google Earth. We need to know, which building Adam Hermanson was electrocuted in. What are the building numbers/designations if any. This very easily could have happened to any person in this camp. We would appreciate your help.

The buildings in this photo look like existing hardstand Iraqi buildings. They do not look new as if they were built with the New US Embassy Complex.

Parcels of land, within the camps, have a deed issued by the military or the temporary governing body. Triple Canopy has documentation that gives them the right to occupy the buildings and land for Camp Olympia. If the investigators can obtain a copy of the deed then they should be able to go back to the authority that issued Triple Canopy’s deed and obtain copies of all of the previous deeds. They should be able to find who did the original improvements to the property and trace the contractors that performed the work.
I have allowed this comment to be posted in the open for all to read on my website. This comment was anonymous by the way, but it sounded like someone knew what they were talking about. All this is still alleged and nothing to do with the investigation either. But it does provide some more ideas as to who might have been responsible.

So far I have several very reliable sources currently in the IZ and now stateside that have stated that First Kuwaiti never was associated with work on Camp Olympia. It was most likely an Iraqi contractor, possibly Almco http://www.usaasc.info/alt_online/article.cfm?iID=0906&aid=02, that did the build-out or rehab of existing buildings on the camp. The fact that this appears to have happened in a hardstand and First Kuwaiti did not work on hardstand buildings and they do not provide O&M services supports this. First Kuwaiti provided pre-fabricated buildings (trailers) usually manufactured by Red Sea Housing Services http://www.redseahousing.com.
Ms Sparky’s Response:
I got a similar comment on my site. I say let them stand and let’s just see what all shakes out of this.
I worked at Camp Olympia for over 18 months. The camp itself was a former Republican Guard compound. TC has made all of the expansion and improvements using mostly local labor. The personnel perfroming most of the electrical repairs were local Iraqis and they often “jury rigged” stuff together to make it work. Just like everywhere else no ones wants to spend the money to do stuff the right way and even if they did they have no one at the camp that is qualified. The camp manager has no real experience in carpentry, electricty or plumbing but he is expected to make everything work.
Steve-I sent you an email asking you a few questions.
