		<description>Kudo&#039;s to Ms Jones for not just fighting this battle for her, but fighting this battle for every contractor by endorsing the Arbitration Fairness Act of 2009. 

You can say if you didn&#039;t want to agree to it, don&#039;t sign the contract. But did ANYONE fully understand that contract when they signed it. They wouldn&#039;t even give you time to read it and from what I was told they would NOT send out an advance copy of the contract so you could have your attorney look it over. 

We should start keeping track of laws enacted just because of KBR&#039;s unscrupulous business tactics.</description>
