KBR Cancels Jobs For LOGCAP

I have received a bunch of emails like this this morning. Something is clearly up with ! It is coming from different recruiters for different crafts. This one happens to be from an electrician.

Ms Sparky,

I just received this email from my KBR recruiter. I was all done and ready to fly to Houston. Do you know what is going on?

“As you know the economy is in a recession at the present time. Due to this KBR is also being affected. All hires have been suspended until further notice. 200 jobs have been canceled. Yours is one of them. At this time I have to rescind your offer of employment. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please remember this is out of my control. I will hold on to your paperwork and when jobs start rolling in again you will definitely be the first I call. I will give you a call tomorrow to answer any questions you may have”

JC

I do not have any specifics on what is going on here but I can certainly say it has nothing to do with the economy. KBR has been canceling people at the very last minute. And it appears to be all crafts. If I can find some truthful answers I will let you know.

Not all jobs are canceled so my advice is….. Until you are boots on the ground in the Middle East DO NOT quit your job. Keep all your receipts.

Ms Sparky

    Boo

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
“Phychiatrists” guy…I just love people who come to insult and do it anonymously with a fake email address. Chicken!

    Oh Yeah…you misspelled “Psychiatrists”

  2. Comment by Phychiatrists R US:

MS Sparky writes: “Yes…KBR attorney’s spend hours here almost everyday. And you can bet KBR managers trying to figure out who is giving me information.”

Lady, if you think a multi-MULTI-billion dollar conglomerate gives a twit about you, you need to go back on your medications because you are suffering from delusions, visions of grandeur, and self importance!

I am really serious here. KBR more than likely doesn’t have a clue who you are or even care that you have this “blog”. I know you will probably write me off as a “KBR spy” paid $250,000 to watch your every move and post, but YOU NEED TO GET SOME HELP!

    Good luck!

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
I can get meds?? What you didn’t hear Luciana complaining to the judge about me at the hearing on March 3rd. IP addresses with corporate names don’t lie. Thank God for IP logs. I hope you are a KBR spy and I hope they are paying you millions. Kind of like KBR attorney’s. The more you can screw KBR for the better. As far as watching my every move….bring a book. You will need it. Keep in mind this is MY blog and I will delete you if you get vulgar.

    Oh Yeah…you misspelled “Psychiatrists”

  3. Comment by Phychiastrsits R REALLY us:

I am serious lady, get some help.

    You are delusional.

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
Your comment doesn’t even make sense here. I could use some help. Interested in working? :)
    Oh Yeah…you misspelled “Psychiatrists”

  4. Comment by LadyJ:

Ms Sparky keep on doing what you are doing. Let your haters be your motivators.

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
You’re right. Thanks for the “refocus”. That kind of stuff normally comes from people who have something to lose in all this.

  5. Comment by LadyJ:

It is only a matter of time before everything comes to light about Kellogg Brown & Root.

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
Yep…something is going on. Will be blogging about it soon. Thanks

  6. Comment by DON:

Sparky, if KBR IP addresses are showing up in your blog I would guess it is because KBR employees consider your blog a joke and are coming here to get a few laughs during the work day. No insult intended, but I kind of agree that you are “out there”.

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
I see your confusion? I wasn’t clear enough. 12.4.231.134 &.128 &.255 K&L Gates. One of the law firms representing KBR in the wrongful death lawsuit filed by SSG Ryan Maseth’s Family.

And don’t patronize me with your “no insult intended”. Everything about your comments have been “insult intended”.

Just where do you think I get my info from anyway?

I’m starting to think you are spammer. I may have to block your IP addresses.

  7. Comment by LadyJ:

Ms Sparky I have no problem with giving you any information that you might need. Take it from a former BTC Air Operations Specialist I know the in and outs of the wrong doings.

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
My best information comes from KBR employees. You can either comment your information or email it to me. I don’t know much about air operations, so I won’t know what to ask. You can just start writing and emailing. You tell me what’s not OK and I can pass that on to Congressman, Senators and investigators. You’re the expert in this area.

  8. Comment by Damn Near Made It:

I got the email to day too! Bastards. I was supposed to leave this Sunday. I was going to quit my job tomorrow. I’m glad I listened to you and didn’t quit.

As for Phychiastrist guy. What’s your problem your either a KBR manager or you never worked them and don’t have a clue. Go away.

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
Sorry to hear about the email. Not all jobs were canceled so keep trying. Be persistent. And don’t worry about Phychiastrist (he misspelled it) Guy, if he gets any more abusive I will block him.

    Hang in there, Ms. Sparky

After an appearance on Rachel Maddow the bullies were bound to crawl from under their rocks.

Just know that the troops and their families appreciate everything that you are doing to keep US service personnel safe. They have your back.

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
Thanks!! You’re who I’m fighting for and civilians. But I’m a construction electrician. Since 1979. Not thin skinned but a bit “hot headed and a little mouthy”.

  10. Comment by Baboo Remembers:

    To Psychiatrist,

You shouldn’t use term if you don’t have the license. Ah but then again, you can buy your shingle in Anystan to practice for the price 5 goats.

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
    Take That!

  11. Comment by EMT-P 435:

I was contacted by a friend of a friend whose husband is supposed to be in Houston for processing this next week. He hasn’t received his travel arrangements yet and is getting nervous. He’s an Engineer in Michigan, so I seriously doubt they would put his job on hold. I know it’s hard to get those type of specialized jobs filled. BUT, who knows what is blowing in the wind over there (probably more than the burn pit).

  12. Comment by MrsC:

For EMT-P: Tell your friend of a friend that if he’s suppose to be leaving out this Sunday (3-15) and hasn’t received any type of travel arrangements by (3-14) to contact his recruiter immediately. The recruiters are suppose to tell them that, “If you do not receive your travel information the Friday before your departure date contact your recruiter immediately”. My Husband went through a similar panic when he left in February. They literally waited til Friday night to send him his flight information. There was a mix up in travel of some sorts and they had put a hold on him for not faxing in a document that didn’t even pertain to him at all. You have to tell your friend to stay on top of these people. =) Best of luck!

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
I have been getting tons of emails about job cancellations. So many people are just devastated. People have quit job and given notice on apartments. I can’t believe KBR just dropped the hammer on them. I recommended that people not quit their jobs, take vacation or sick leave until they were boots on the ground in Dubai. Keep all your receipts for things you bought. I don’t know why I would expect KBR to be upfront and honest.

  13. Comment by trkdriver:

apparently there is a major audit being performed on the houston operation by the military,,in requards to the reimbursement for the boots on the ground that are being swept up by dynocor and itt/fluor,,(ony mission criticals are being processed)i,mean they are snatching cac cards and every thing…WOW!

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
It’s about damn time KBR should be audited on their hiring processes. Glad to see the DoD calling them on their crap. Keep us posted.

  14. Comment by idealist12:

Dont’t worry, this happened to me in Dec 07 when i was hired by KBR.They delayed me twice, but they kept there word.I even got my camps swithed on me when i got to Iraq.If you quit your job,i suggest that you work temp till they call you back. Also take into consideration that they might be going into logap IV,ITT and Dycnorp are also on freeze too.

  15. Comment by drewbo86:

Its all because the LOGCAP contract is up for bid by Dyncorp, FLUOR and KBR. They are separating it into different Taskorders. So right now there is a hiring freeze on because no one yet knows who is going to get what contract…the DOD is constantly auditing everything KBR does so an audit wouldnt shut down the houston center. Bottom line, they dont know who’s getting what contract. So this means they dont know how many positions they will need. Look for them to re-open the processing center around the end of april.

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
What?? KBR didn’t know this was coming? These cancellations put tons of people in severe financial hardship. They quit their jobs…most at the VERY last minute. They gave notice on the apartments. My God. These are people we’re talking about. They’re not just new hires. Some people won’t be able to make it until the end of April.

  16. Comment by jimsthoughts:

Heard today that KBR lost everything in LOGCAP IV, no confirmation yet but all foreign nationals were called to security to have their CAC cards looked at and the color stripes noted.

Looks like KBR has been held accountable at last, thankfully, even though that means my job ends also it is best to hope some better company takes over and starts doing things as the military deserve.

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
Wow! Keep me posted. Also…you may not lose your job. Whoever takes over the DoD will need people in place. I would suspect they would transition and utilize the people that the DoD has already paid for.

  17. Comment by Baboo Remembers:

Maybe the DOD and Congress have read the blog and taken notice and realized one Soldiers death is one too many. Hey maybe their tired of the same excuses and realize it’s time to start demobing. The demob assessment plan has in place for over a year and now it’s time to cut the crap. The ACOE is cutting back 30% as well on their Iraqi infrastructure projects

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
Well….according to the IP addresses…they read it…a lot!

  18. Comment by Baboo Remembers:

Since they read this blog and comments that have been posted, I’m sure they are aware of the bureaucratic double talk coming from management boards of these companies and registered lobbyist.

This is not to mention the unnecessary deaths and exposure to hazards toxins to American troops and the endless denials of responsibility by KBR even after signing contracts for facility management oversight and being over billed for the cost of foreign labor for substandard work.

  19. Comment by MrsC:

Just heard that “Dyncorp is hiring in Kuwait and they won the 70 million dollar contract for LOGCAP IV from KBR. But they are only hiring people from there for now-”.

What’s this going to mean for KBR? My Husband said he and others are very concerned for their jobs the way that KBR is acting so cut throat about things. Any word or news?

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
I suspect this has had a lot to do with the hiring Freeze. KBR should want to absorb it’s employees from Kuwait and send them to Iraq and Afghanistan. But….that might be too logical for KBR.

  20. Comment by The Reaper:

I have been working for KBR (THE EVIL EMPIRE) for over five years, KBR did not receive new contracts in Afghanistan and have even lost a few, Iraq has not been completely redesigned, but its coming, and Kuwait has been lost…

KBR employees are quite aware of what going on, and I can speak for myself when I say I need this job (does not mean I have to like working here but it is a good paying Job)

  21. Comment by Concerned Taxpayer:

    Reaper,

I understand that you need the job with KBR. You are the one that has to live with yourself at the end of the day.

Can you look at yourself in the mirror at the end of the day, and say, “I helped the troops today.” If so, then you are at least doing the job that was suppose to happen over there.

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
    Well said.

  22. Comment by Bucca Boy777:

I just read all of the comments concerning KBR, i am a bit confused why in this state of the economy would you quit your job, give notice on your apartment on the promise of a job. I work for a contractor, but i would not quit my job for another because of how contracting works. If the military says to cut people then they do. It is not all of KBR’s doing. If the military says we are cutting troop levels then the amount of contractors will drop. That is the nature of the beast. i feel bad for those in dire straits and how you will survive depends on how bad you want to. I am sure if this comment does not meet Ms Sparky apporval then it will be deleted but if you do not allow both sides of the story to be heard then this is just like fox news one sided. Yes KBR is a cut throat company and either one you grin and bear it or quit. Your choice.

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
First…I don’t edit comments unless the are abusive to another commenter or victim or are just spam. I’ve been called everything in the book from crazy, insane to an effing b**tch. And I have let those stand. I want to hear ALL sides of the story.

Second, I have always warned people about quitting their jobs or giving notice on their apartments before they are in Dubai. And I encourage people that work for KBR to SAVE SAVE SAVE. That money train is about to come to a halt. I am a firm believer that nothing is forever and no contractor has any obligation to keep yo employed forever!

A friend of mine just got back after sitting in Houston for 32 days. Along with like 30 others. The police were there in Houston at KBR when they were told the news that they were not going anywhere!!!! They told them they might get sent later….a lot of yelling and cursing at KBR by the recruits my friend said it was unbelievable…..

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
I have been hearing that. I suppose it is a good thing they called the cops. They needed protection!!

  24. Comment by Jimbo:

“a lot of yelling and cursing at KBR by the recruits my friend said it was unbelievable….”

    Ms Sparky’s Response:

  26. Comment by I_hate_KBR:

If KBR fires you from LOGCAP III can you still get hired with other companies.

KBR is telling people to Demob freely because if they fire you over the 10,000 different rules they have that you are Black Bared for life with all companies????

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
The last I heard black listing is illegal. But it would depend on what you were fired for. A crime? Drugs, theft, assault would probably not look good an a resume. Keep this in mind, YOU DON’T WORK FOR KBR!! Houston will not even to a Verification Of Employment (VOE). So why would they give a reference?

I’m sure that Fluor or Dyncorp could care less that you were fired for not wearing your stupid red hat or some other stupid KBR rule when EVERYONE knows that KBR is downsizing! There is little or no advantage to a voluntary quit.

If it were me, I would tell KBR…”Man up and grow a set….you tell me when it’s time to go home! I’m not going to make it easy for you.” If you voluntarily quit there are less HR issues for KBR. That’s why they want you to do that!

I am a (removed to protect the identity of the commentor) with KBR. I was under the LSI (subcontractor) contract, then KBR took our contract over. Since the take over, my Management is incompetent of Military Policy and (removed to protect the identity of the commentor). I have bunted heads with them so many times over issues, they are finding every little reason to fire me from my position.

I have had recent interviews with Force Protection, DynCorp & AECOM but nothing solid right now. My management knows Im very unhappy with their piss poor leadership and of course they threatened if I am fired that no other company will hire me.

Im 90% sure they are full of their usual bullshit but I need the pay until the other jobs come through but I would hate to get fired then if they rumor is true, hate to lose a job opportunity because some Candy Ass in Baghdad didn’t like me.

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
Hang in there and try to find something else ASAP.

We have Logistics people Managing our Automotive Shop, i cant even tell you know f**ken frustrating it is to have to explain to f**ken morons why a engine is bad.

KBR’s moto here should be “Its not my job”, I have had the worst experience working for KBR. Half my damn Mechanics are from India, good guys but “What the F**k!!!”

50% of my time is spent checking their mistakes on vehicles.

30% spend fighting with fucken KBR Management over how to fix a vehicle.

20% trying to cover my ass over all the shit people try to blame you because they don’t know how to do their jobs.

I came here to support the Military and KBR is a f**ken joke! We have lost so many Units since the take over, once loyal units refuse to even have KBR look at their vehicles.

Its sad being here and seeing KBR f**k the Military so hard and the Army puts up with it!

I don’t know what the f**k is going on.

I will take your advise, keep doing my job, supporting the Military and if im fired, wipe my ass with the termination paper and tell KBR to f**ken blow me!

    Ms Sparky’s Advise:
I’m pretty sure I didn’t give you ALL that advice. Just the keep doing your job till you get fire part.

    Hi,
Just ran across this blog pertaining to the EVIL EMPIRE and all their suck asses who must suck up to earn their six figures a year. Worked KAF and BAF from 2005-07, I wil tell everyone here that I made good money while their but I would never work for these people again even though I will admit I have been on their web site looking for new LOGCAP opportunities. As far as leaving your old job for this KBR thing, I was real nervous about leaving a federal job that had job security for a job where you dont know if you will even get through processing! Their are other LOGCA companies out their and I would do a little surfing on the net to find out who they are. Not trying to sell Dangerzonejobs.com or Ratpackinternational but if your really serious about contracting they are the places to be checking out!

  31. Comment by Screwed by KBR:

I started with KBR in 2004, left then came back in 2008. It seems to me that since KBR separated from halliburton the quality and legality of they’re services have really suffered. I was put in charge of a department for KBR on a new contract in AF, KBR refused to support the contract with nearly everything including the required manpower! When I tried to make the POS project manager Jim Luchinger do his job by informing the DCMA what they were doing, he tried to have me fired! When he found out that he couldn’t do it, he tried other ways to get rid of me. He eventually was able to get rid of me because of my doctor putting me on blood pressure medication while I was on R&R! This is the same man that stepped off the plane in Bagram, drunk, and dropped his carry-on bag and a couple of bottles of booze broke open on the flightline! KBR, an atmosphere of fear, and cronyism!

KBR’s new “Anti-Bad Attitude Contract”. Today we were focused to sign a contract stating the following “Speaking negative of KBR, your supervisors, Co-Workers or the work performed by KBR is considered slanderous and fostering a hostile work environment, any such employee shall be terminated”.

So if you even talk about how bad it is, KBR will fire you…

    Ms Sparky’s Respoonse:
If this isn’t the pot calling the kettle black!! Yes…please send me a copy of that. Either email a scanned copy (PDF) or copy and mail it to me at DJ Crawford, PO Box 1278; Battle Ground, WA 98604

  33. Comment by ExCommoGuy:

    I_Hate_KBR

I asked a few friends around theater and they have heard nothing of the sort….you need to get a copy of ANYTHING you sign (there is a company policy they will not tell you about that says that ALL employees have a right to a copy of anything they sign…that’s why you don’t sign off on certain reports, etc..)

Can you get a copy of it to Ms. Sparky? If it’s just your camp, and your PM is forcing this on you, then send me a copy…I might be able to help, anonymously of course, so black out your name, etc…

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
This has got to be some rogue PM running amuck. I can’t imagine that legal would approve this. If I get it I will forward it to you.

  34. Comment by Krash:

I_hate_kbr: Okay, first thing did you keep a copy of this contract for your records? If yes, make sure that it gets safely out of country ASAP. Second, could you please send a copy to MsSparky, preferably by snail mail. . the address is posted here in other articles.

Third, I wonder how many “managers” had to sign this and if they will actually terminate them instead of just the worker’s, because it seems to me that the “managers” are the worst offenders of “fostering a hostile work environment”.

Haven’t heard of anything yet here either, but the heat is on to push the numbers… And we’re catching it. A crew today was told by their foreman to repair the SWA (Steel Wire Armor) and he got jumped all over by his superiors. At least in KBR’s eyes.
Those superiors have very little three phase experience and mostly residential electricians who had there own service company.
It was ok to have a bonding jumper at the MDP when the SWA could be made 100% at both ends and a true EGC could be made even if it was steel. The Brits trust it.
One of the foreman even got promoted and he was the bond jumper king. If the readings were high, he would insist on putting a bonding jumper in no matter where in the system. What a dilweed…

Im part of CLSS (KBR’s Tactical Vehicle Maintenance Section). Their is rumors they lost their Maintenance Contract to ITT Systems and here at our FOB, are ACE Logistics Manager runs the Maintenance Department, they have built a very bad reputation with the Military, thinking KBR runs the war. The Army here is out for blood and has put the heat on them so bad, we have DCMA here every other day handing out Level 1 & 2 CARS, our Management is sweating it so bad, they are running scared. Moral is horrible, we have 1-3 DEMODS a week out of here. I myself had 3 interviews last week and a job offer come through, Im bailing out of the KBR Burning Plane, its on a 700MPH Appointment with the ground! Management here has crossed the line so many times with their daily threats of Termination, Bullshit write ups, All hands meetings literally 3 times a day and a level of Micro-Management the world has never seen.

  37. Comment by ExCommoGuy:

Yeah, CLSS has always had problems…back on Kalsu during the start up mission they lost half the team within 90 days, their manager was Stu.

Sucks to be you guys, CLSS has always been KBR’s unwanted stepchildren…

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
KBR must have a lot of “unwanted stepchildren”!!

KBR will do whats good for KBR as any other contractor this is a capitalist country after all every company has layoffs and if you dont like KBR there are other contractors with the same rules logcap IV is in the works and IRAQ is down sizing so take what you can and hope for the best

  39. Comment by I_Hate_KBR:

KBR lost 66% of their contract, including O&M, HVAC, Electrical, USMI. The only thing they are retaining is BLS, Food, Fuel, Billeting.

  40. Comment by chrisatc-1:

Hey Guys I found this site while looking for the new, available jobs. KBR has alway got something up their sleeve. They never confront the problem head on, the are pro’s at dodging responsibility. I was transferred to another base temporarily and nearly was killed. Needless to say I was freaked out by the whole thing and instead of giving me console or a few days off (God forbid KBR lose a little money), my acting camp manager turned the screws tighter on me were I eventually blew up on him. That gave the company grounds to send me home for 3 months and they have never given me the time of day again. KBR they just use you up and don’t care what it takes to make money off you.

  41. Comment by I_Hate_KBR:

KBR needs to change their motto from “We Deliver” to “Its Not My Job”!!!

    No kidding!

  42. Comment by alamit:

I guess I’ll add my bitch to all the rest, same story different person. I also was terminated for violating one of there presious rule’s. My big mistake was that I told the truth about what happened, there was another guy involved in the same incident that I got fired for, but he was smarter than me and lied his ass off about what happened he got 3 day’s off without pay and I got fired. As far as all the suckassing going on that’s been covered a few hundred time’s already, I’ve never seen anything like it before or since. The really sad thing is that the people that were doing it had no shame or even tried to hide the fact that they were sucking the boss’s d*ck right in front of everybody. Oh well I’ll get of my soap box now.

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
Telling the truth and having personal integrity rarely gets you anything but a plane ticket. They may have fired you, but you still have personal integrity. Don’t give that up for KBR.

  43. Comment by I_Hate_KBR:

I just got done severing a 12 Suspension with out pay because.

    1) I pulled the wrong vehicle into my shop. Which was given to me by another employee to work on. The Military Unit that it belonged to freaked out when they couldn’t find there vehicle. They found it in my bay, because another employee gave it to me to look at. So in KBR Logic I was the last person to touch the vehicle, regardless of the other employee whom gave me the vehicle. So I got a 5 day unpaid suspension for that.

    2) Then I left my radio in a customers vehicle. The radio was not lost! I called the Captain within minutes, he spoke to my boss and told him “Yes I have the Radio don’t worry” the Captain wasn’t able to come back till the next day, Captain returned my radio safe. Within Hours I was brought to the HR office to receive my 7 day Suspension without pay for losing my radio.

So 12 Days with out pay in one month over some bullshit.

Here’s the kicker, in our employment contract KBR guarantees 40 hours a week. 2 weeks that month I only received 36 hours. KBR states that there is some tiny subclauses that states they can “administer discipline” though it does not specify what they can legally do.

So during my 12 days off I landed a $204,000 job with another company and also contacted several Labor Lawyers whom upon their initial review of KBR Contact stated yes KBR did breach Contract and they are interested in pursuing a case.

What I have learned is KBR itself is not a bad company, its down fall is the abundance of poor leadership.

Backstabbing failures, NCO’s who never could cut it in the Military or Civilian Jiffy Lube Managers coming over here, sucking and backstabbing their way to the best position they will ever have and then treating everyone around them like slaves.

All I can say is “Good Luck KBR”, Im on the better things!!!

The crappy part is i didn’t lose it, it was out of my possession for 6 hours. After the 7 Day Suspension I asked, would there had been any difference if I had never got the radio back? The replied no, I felt so much like throwing that damn radio over the wall into the Red-Zone. Bu then they probably would have given me another 7 day Suspension for “Re-losing” my “lost” radio….F**cken KBR…

KBR is a mess, I quit (KBR/Kuwait) the first time because my supervisor was a w…. and was threatened by me so she made my working conditions hell. Her name was J.k.rl.n. (i’d like to buy a vowel) EAP, HR and all of the people that are supposed to protect the empolyees are just concerned with firing anyone thats not their friend. They work completely backwards. I don’t think the Houston offices have any clue as to what is really going on over there.

My boss, Joe, would go to sleep in his vehicle for hours or just leave work and go downtown. Nobody cared unless it was a low level employee. Its all “do as I say, not as I do” over there. He was incompetent as hell and took credit for a lot of work that I and the other employees did.

As for the CAC cards, according to the regulation, which we went over with a fine toothed comb, American citizens got a green stripe and Hungarians, Bosnians and all them were supposed to get a blue stripe. After we got a bunch of our employees the correct CAC card, they changed the regulation because the post commander didn’t want them to enter through the main gate at Arifjan.

I was there when they did that crap with the radios too, complete BS. They tried to get ppl for radios that had been missing for months. I learned my lesson from an old supervisor whom was supposed to turn in a laptop that was in my name, but it majically disappeared. I cursed him out in front of the ppl in the procurement office until he put his name on it.

I believe the entire problem with KBR is the retired officers and NCOs that have taken over and have no way to survive in the real world without KBR. They have horrid personalities for the most part and are better at back-stabbing that getting the job done. Its the classic crab in a pot regime in Kuwait.

Hmm, never knew D sites adopted that policy, when I left G back in March I seem to remember Rambo (G-Sites PM) having those retarded policies.

At least you found something better…all the best!

  49. Comment by Rumor Mills:

Is this the same Rambo that was in Djibouti? If so he was part of the pro-Bosnia management team that had little use for US personnel that couldn’t be intimidated or easily coerced. He took over the G Sites from John Reddy I believe after there was an disagreement between the Military and Mr. Reddy. Mr. Reddy was then sent to Dubai as a DPM and I heard there was trouble there too, possibly TIPs related.

    Ms Sparky’s Response:
John Reddy’s name keeps coming up along with other managers regarding TIPs. I guess I am going to have to pursue that. I would appreciate any info you have on JR and Thailand, Dubai, Camp Spiecher etc. Thanks
