Unless you have been stranded on a deserted island somewhere, you couldn’t help but hear the negative news coverage on KBR this past month. There’s the whole unresolved and questionable Level III CAR issue. The criminal investigation into SSG Ryan Maseth’s electrocution. Then an Indiana National Guard unit filed suit against KBR for knowingly exposing them to Hexavalent Chromium. Then there are the problems with KBR’s labor contractor Najlaa and their human trafficking issues. There’s the whole Burn Pit issues. And don’t forget the dogs and the human body parts issue. Poor ole KBR just can’t catch a break. They have just had the worst luck this month with public relations. And Heather Brown is starting to sound like Baghdad Bob….
Baghdad Bob: “There are no American infidels in Baghdad. Never!”
Heather Brown: “KBR does not in any way condone or tolerate illegal or unethical behavior.”
Does anyone else see the similarities there? I could go on and on but that’s not what this post is about.
We need more information from YOU!! We need first hand accounting’s, internal emails, photos, reports on the following just to name a few:
KBR’s Level III/IV CAR, Task Force Safe, the electrical inspections, KBR’s response to the CAR, KBR’s response to the electrical inspections.
Information regarding the investigation into SSG Ryan Maseth’s electrocution death at Radwaniyah Palace Compound.
Information regarding the investigation into SSG Christopher Everett’s electrocution death at Camp Taqqadum.
Anything on the burns pits at Balad or anywhere else.
Anything on Hexavalent Chromium (Sodium Dichromate) exposure at Qarmat Ali water plant in Iraq, any other locations in Iraq, Baghram AFB or any other locations in Afghanistan.
Anything on human trafficking and TCN/SCW abuses in Iraq, Kuwait and Afghanistan.
This list is not “all inclusive”. If you have information about fraud, waste or abuse or something that is unethical or immoral. Leave a comment or send me an email. My name is (name removed for readers protection), i used to work for kbr from 2006 to 2007,after an injury i sustained on the job i was termanited.due to the injury i sustained i had ended having back surgery.Right now i”m still in constant pain, I need help i don,t know what else to do or who to turn to.Workers comp denied my request saying i was not hurt on the job but they are also saying its still under investigation.I,m crying out for help can u please help me.

Ok right now i got ppi-3 camp, parker at Baghdad-Iraq.ppi provid living condition not to bad thats littlebit ok. i got one room in side we r six(6) persion have to live. my thiks is living condtion its ok but food facilities thats bullsheet. man everyday sameo sameo too match Rice. i never eat rice but i have no option so thats way everybady have to expect kbr defact food.
Right now im looking another company here in iraq if i found onother company man i m ready for jump.

I just found this site today. I love it so far!
I’ve been at Ashraf/FOB Grizzly since 2005. I work for another contractor. But i’m pretty sure i know/did know “KBR Supervisor”, at least by sight. I’m guessing he’s one of the many Bosnians or Macedonians they have here. If he ran the A/C shop, i know i interacted with him. They’ve replaced my AC unit in my container (i’m in a shipping container, vice CHU) a couple times.
Grizzly is well run i have to admit. It’s my 5th FOB and by far the best run. It’s a small FOB and all my dealings with KBR here have always gone well. Have always had a good working relationship. I can’t say that with other FOB’s i’ve been to.
Many of them complain about the upper management as well, especially at JBB. The big thing now is they’re signing documents as SEII (as shown on their W2′s), vice KBR. Which i’m told pisses off the management to no end.
