It was suggested at the House Committee Hearings that this was purposely leaked to the press just prior to the hearings in order to show KBR in a favorable light.

Senator Casey (Pennsylvania), Congressman Waxman (California), and Congressman Altmire (Pennsylvania) wrote an opinion piece in the July 30, 2008 Philadelphia Inquirer supporting many of your very good points. “known to pose a hazard”It sounds like someone is responsible.How many people are eletrocuted in the shower,not many.With all the other problems they mention it seems clear that there is negligence at the least.
