Eagle Companies was one of the U.S. companies that bit on that work and our price was to high and we could not get the units there fast enough. Our units were all steel and would of never caught fire. Alot of the units they ended up buying came out of Turkey. And I am sure they were cheap. Bob Swisher with KBR specifically stated he wanted to use Eagle.

Your anger and frustration should be pointed at the pentagon. It is not entirely KBR fault. We did not have a full think tank of people in the Pentagon at the time of the war that thought through these kinds of details. Every purchase was in panic mode "got to have today" Our units were all steel and would of never caught fire. Alot of the units they ended up buying came out of Turkey.

Ms Sparky's Response:

I agree that the Pentagon has responsibility as well. They were the client! They had oversight responsibilities!
