		<description>I have flown with many kids. The trick is to give them time to be themselves. Arrive at your flight early so they can look around and then give them a short physical exercise routine just before you board. Then once on the plane give them a stick of gum and let them chew it saying that once the plane starts to move you want to see how fast they can chew it until you say stop (usually when the piolet has turned off the seat belt sign). This will help equalize their ears and tire them out. Good luck with the flight.</description>
