I’ve been thinking about this whole Obama fiasco and how his association with Rev. Wright seemed to help him secure the Democratic nomination. The negative publicity actually helped to incite and rally the black community behind him. The Rev. Wright rantings seemed to be perfectly timed and then he just disappeared. The whole thing brilliantly choreographed. An Oscar winning performance.
I think the whole damn thing was planned. I think the American people got duped….if that’s just an example of what’s to come if he becomes President, I suggest you hang on. The road is about to get real rough.

I will be honest and say that I did not follow this part of the race very closely. I will say that given what we have as a president right now I don’t really think that Obama is going to be any less stellar a president and in fact I do believe he will be a vast improvement….just my 2-cents. We may very well differ in opinions but that is what makes the world go round!
I have posted this elsewhere, and here I go again.
I am a resident of Illinois. I did not expect anybody in Obama’s Senate offices to drop what they were doing when I first contacted them in 2005. But I did not expect to them to blow me off either.
After Obama announced his candidacy for the Presidency (it is my opinion that he was running for that office since before he was elected to the Senate) I contacted his offices again. Once again, I did not expect anybody to drop what they were doing on my account, but I was foolish for thinking that they would not blow me off again.
The issue was about Medicare managed care, and one of Obama’s employees told me that his office would not be an appropriate contact for such a conern because he is on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee! She really said that!
Numerous other members of Obama’s Senate staff were just as clueless (apathetic and arrogant too) and some told me that they would do things that they did not follow through on.
Change? Obama? Yah like, the more things “change”, the more things stay the same.
